我們是誰Who we are

UK Property and Services Limited 為香港註冊公司，為國際學生提供英國（以倫敦為主）的住宿安排與落地服務。UK Property and Services Limited is a Hong Kong registered company providing accommodation and settling-in services for international students in the UK, with a focus on London.

由了解需求、篩選房源、安排看房與提交預訂，到簽約入住，以及抵達後的接機、銀行開戶與各項登記，都在同一個流程內處理。From understanding what you need, shortlisting homes, arranging viewings and submitting bookings, through to signing the contract and moving in — and on to airport pickup, banking and registrations after arrival — it is handled as one process.

服務範圍What we cover

住宿方面提供三類房源，落地方面提供六項安排，可分別或一併處理。Three kinds of accommodation and six settling-in arrangements, which can be handled separately or together.

住宿服務Accommodation

  • 社會公寓（私人租賃住宅）Private rented apartments
  • 學生公寓（專為學生而建的公寓）Purpose-built student accommodation
  • Build-to-Rent（建後出租的大型長租住宅）Build-to-rent developments

我們的做法How we work

了解需求Understanding your needs
先確認就讀學校、預算、租期與偏好的區域。We start with your school, budget, contract length and preferred areas.
篩選房源Shortlisting homes
按你的條件整理合適的房源、房型與費用範圍。Suitable homes, room types and cost ranges are put together for your criteria.
安排看房與預訂Viewings and booking
安排實地或線上看房，確認後協助提交預訂。In-person or online viewings, then help submitting the booking once you decide.
簽約入住Contract and move-in
協助理解租約條款、安排付款與入住交接。Help reading the contract, arranging payment and handing over the keys.

費用與資料Fees and information

  • 服務收費與安排會在開始前說明。Service charges and arrangements are explained before work starts.
  • 各項目的房型、租金、租期與收費，一律以營運商及租約所公佈的內容為準。Room types, rents, contract lengths and fees are always as published by the operator and set out in the tenancy agreement.
  • 公司註冊資料可應要求提供。Company registration details are available on request.
